We do not give refunds for change of mind, we are happy to exchange the item within 7 days, providing that the goods are in the same condition, which means boxes are too be not opened up or item used. Once an item has been opened from the box we are unable to refund or exchange it. If refunds are made online, we refund the cost of the product, not the freight!

If the goods are in stock we will get them dispatched within 3-5 working days, and delivery would take approximately 5-7 working days.

Furniture products will not be sent out interstate due to warehouse regulations. BabyHi5 only deliver within Victoria. Orders interstate will be refunded.
Booking for a car installation, we ask for a deposit as we book professional car seat fitters to come down and install the car seat. If the customer does not show up on the day, the booking will be cancelled and there will be no refund.
When receiving a BabyHi5 Rewards Card it allows customers to receive discounts on specific products which they purchase from our store, excluding sale items.
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
