By shopping on our website BabyHi5 you will be accepting to the terms and conditions.  So we suggest that you read carefully.

We do not give refunds for change of mind, we are happy to exchange the item within 7 days, providing that the goods are in the same condition, which means boxes are too be not opened up or item used. Once an item has been opened from the box we are unable to refund or exchange it. When you lay-by in store, if you wish to cancel an order during its lay-by period or after its been paid off, their will be a 30% cancellation fee. If refunds are made online, we refund the cost of the product, not the freight!

If there is a error on our website with the pricing we will sort it out as quickly as we can when we are advised.

If the goods are in stock we will get them dispatched within 3-5 working days, and delivery would take approximately 5-7 working days.

Stock availability always depends on the manufacturer. They might be out of stock, so please call our shop to continue the order.

Products which we stock may sometimes not be available due to the manufacturer. If so, the customer who purchases the product will be issued a full refund.

Furniture products will not be sent out interstate due to warehouse regulations.  BabyHi5 only deliver within Victoria. Orders interstate will be refunded.

Booking for a car installation, we ask for a deposit as we book professional car seat fitters to come down and install the car seat. If the customer does not show up on the day, the booking will be cancelled and there will be no refund.

When receiving a BabyHi5 Rewards Card it allows customers to receive discounts on specific products which they purchase from our store, excluding sale items.

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Customers who have picked up their product/lay by have 24hrs to contact us on any faults with their products.

We aim to always give our customers the best prices but we know sometimes you may find one of our products cheaper elsewhere. Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we like to show the same level of loyalty to our customers that they show to us.   • All refunds involve with 10% admin fee and both way shipping cost deduction if the product already shipped even for free shipping promotions.
